Before sharing a problem

Describe the screen and the action you tried. Do not send passwords, email codes, recovery links, social tokens, private photos or API keys. The app can prepare a safe local diagnostic summary for you to preview before choosing to share.

Publishing appears stuck

Check the destination’s recorded status first. An unconfirmed result may still have reached the provider. Do not resend merely because an acknowledgement is missing.

Account and data requests

Available in-app account controls are under Settings & Privacy. A deletion request needs a Backend receipt and subsequent removal processing.
